 RIORAID – return of the classic 8bits arcade game. In 3D!
Almost every man of the tribe of thirties used to break joystick playing River Raid. iTechnologie company just released game in tribute to classic 80's shooter. RIORAID takes the player in the well-known area – in 3D but with original pixelised world.
Gameplay was refreshed, we've added all necessary elements: scores, combos and Facebook integration. Climatic music sustains 8bits experiences.
Of course game was made in Blender (2.62) and you can play it online using Burster Plugin (requires the newest version 1.5.5).

Heat is now a factor, as is cirical damage. Watch your ENGINE, SENSORS and DRIVE rating. If they get low you could find the abilities of your mech greatly reduced. If you heat gets too high you will slow down, and your weapons will become less accurate."

(Size: 5MB) Stehr has put his game in comments, and i think that his work is good enough to show in this thread. Steering: Up - Acceleration, Down - Break, Left / Right - Direction of movement, Space - Hand break Stehr writes: "I've played with the Volvo simulation and make some changes. After modification of the suspension parameters, the chace to roll the car up is less, and the steering is improved. Now you can fly with this car too :). The city was generated from texture and few modificators". Flying with car :) sounds funny ... Controls for flying which i found: WSAD.
